Pink Dime
The simplest possible expense log. On-device. Private.
Tap a number. Pick a category. Save. At the end of the year, a printable spending heatmap shows where your money went, colored by category. No bank linking, no projections, no manual ledger work.
How it works
- Open the app. The number pad is already there.
- Type the amount, pick one of 12 category chips, add an optional one-line memo.
- Save. The entry is logged for today.
- At year-end, export a one-page heatmap PDF showing the year colored by category.
What it is NOT
- Not a budgeting app — no projections, no envelope system, no targets.
- No bank linking, no Plaid, no Open Banking.
- No auto-categorization, no AI, no analytics dashboards.
- No recurring bills, no multi-currency, no shared accounts.
What stays on your device
- No accounts, no email, no signup.
- No analytics, no third-party SDKs.
- No expense data leaves your device.
- The only network call is to Apple's StoreKit when you choose to subscribe.
Pricing
Free tier shows the last 7 days of history. Pro unlocks the full year history, the year heatmap PDF export, and a Lock Screen widget showing today's total.
- Pro Monthly: $2 / month (14-day free intro on first sign-up).
- Pro Annual: $13 / year.
- Lifetime: $29 one-time.
