Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Cycle iOS app (“Pink Cycle”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Cycle is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Cycle is

Pink Cycle is a fully on-device cycle journal for iPhone and iPad. You log flow, mood, energy, symptoms and a note for each day, start a new cycle when one begins, and see your cycles with their lengths, a 12-month heat-grid colored by flow and a chart of cycle-length variance. Lock and Home Screen widgets open the app.

The app stores your journal locally with SwiftData and makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Cycle on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free tier and subscriptions

Pink Cycle is free to install. Everything is unlocked for your first 3 days. After that, without Pro, you can keep up to 2 cycles and keep logging days in them. Pro unlocks unlimited cycles.

Pro is available as Monthly ($4/month), Annual ($25/year), or a one-time Lifetime unlock ($59). You can choose any tier from the Settings screen inside the app.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Cycle available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Cycle, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No medical claims

Pink Cycle is a personal journal. It does not predict periods or ovulation, it is not a method of contraception or a fertility aid, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a concern about your cycle or your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Disclaimers

Pink Cycle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Cycle or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Cycle after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
