Acceptance

By installing or using the Pink Album iOS app (“Pink Album”, “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Pink Album is published by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Suite #5280, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”).

What Pink Album is

Pink Album is a fully on-device daily photo journal for iPhone and iPad. You pick a photo from your library through Apple's system PhotosPicker once a day, add an optional short caption, and Pink Album stores the entry locally with the date. Pro unlocks unlimited entries per day and a printable 12 x 31 year-end montage.

The app makes no network calls except to Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pink Album on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's standard App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”) which is incorporated by reference: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA controls.

Free tier and subscriptions

The free tier of Pink Album allows one photo entry per day. That is the entire free feature set: pick today's photo, optionally add a caption, view past days on the home screen.

Pro unlocks unlimited entries per day and the year-end 12 x 31 montage. Pro is offered in three forms:

• Pro Monthly: $2/month, with a 14-day free intro on first sign-up.
• Pro Annual: $13/year.
• Pro Lifetime: $29 one-time, non-consumable.

All payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms, including auto-renewal for Monthly and Annual. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions screen.

The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase. It remains active for as long as Apple keeps Pink Album available on the App Store under your Apple ID.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of Pink Album, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

No AI or medical claims

Pink Album is a casual daily-journal app. It does not process, modify, or analyze your photos using machine learning. Photos are stored as-is alongside the date and your caption.

Pink Album makes no medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic claims of any kind.

Disclaimers

Pink Album is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Danielius Studio LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for Pink Album or its contents. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where Apple's EULA requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of Pink Album after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
