Perilune

Perilune is a rooftop bar on the twelfth floor of an old grain exchange. The terrace looks over the whole harbour city, and the moon comes up right over your glass.

One glass for each district you can see from up here. Ten districts, ten cocktails, each made from what its streets grow, trade or brew.

Saltgate Sour14
Gin, sea salt, lemon and egg white, with a grain of smoked salt on the foam.
Perilune sits on the twelfth floor of the Grain Exchange, at the top of Saltgate. Come at dusk, take a table facing the water and watch the lamps of the other nine districts come on one by one.

From the terrace you can follow the roofs of Saltgate down to the harbour, and on a clear night the moon rises exactly between the bell tower and the dome.
