Every casestarts as acrumpled page.

How it works
Four steps, one lawyer, no surprises.
The sheet unfolds the way a case does: from a first conversation to a decision, with the same person beside you.
A first conversation
We listen, look at the papers you already have and tell you plainly whether the case is strong, weak or fixable.
A written plan and one price
The route, the documents we need, the dates that matter and a fixed fee. Nothing starts until you say yes.
We prepare and file
We build the application, you approve every page before it goes, and we handle every form and every upload.
Decision and after
We track the file and answer questions from the authority. If there is a refusal, we talk through the next move the same day.
The lawyers
Three lawyers, each on a case from start to finish.

Questions
Before you call.
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We tell you how strong the case is before you pay for the application, and we only file when we can defend it.
What should I bring to the first consultation?
Your passport, any decision letters, your job offer or course letter if you have one, and a list of questions. If you have less than that, come anyway.
How do your fees work?
Fixed professional fees, quoted in writing within two working days of the first consultation. Government fees are separate and paid at cost.
Can you help me if I am outside the country?
Yes. Most first consultations are by video and documents move through a secure upload. You do not need to be in London.
What happens if my application is refused?
We read the decision with you and say plainly whether an appeal or a new application is the better route. Appeals have strict deadlines, so call us the day the letter arrives.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Polish, Portuguese, Hindi and Arabic between us. For anything else we bring in a professional interpreter.
Who will handle my file?
One named lawyer from the first call to the decision. You get their direct email and phone number, not a ticket queue.
